The pre-submittal meeting is a way for you to meet face-to-face with the department personnel who will be reviewing and permitting your project.  In this meeting, we will provide you with the codes, ordinances, and requirements applicable to your project; explain the process from start to finish; and answer any questions you might have.

A pre-submittal meeting is required for the following development projects:

• A zoning change
• Platting
• New construction or utility connection
• A land disturbance greater than 5,000 square feet
• Conversion of a residential structure to a non-residential use

Meetings are conducted by appointment only in the afternoon on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  To schedule a Pre-submittal Meeting, please complete the application.
