Garland City Council Continues to Consider Options for Historic Houses
As the Garland City Council considers options for preserving the Pace and Lyles Houses, the public is invited to provide input during the next City Council meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013. Discussion will focus on the possibility of retaining the houses under City ownership in a park-like setting for public use. The houses will remain on trailers behind the Granville Arts Center while options are thoroughly examined. The City Council discussed several options during the Nov. 4 Work Session and determined that getting additional public input would be the next step.
