Garland received 5 awards including Best New Professional, Travis Cunniff; Recreation Professional of the Year, George Deines; Part time Employee of the Year, Joyce Kendall; Advocate of the Year, Jack Sparkes; and Recreation Facility Design, Hollabaugh Recreation Center.
