| If warrants are paid online, it's a fine payment, not a bond. A payment cannot be converted to a bond. If you have a Bench, Capias or Alias warrant, you may pay online.
Search through our open warrants.
There are three types of warrants: Alias, Bench and Capias.
An Alias Warrant is when the subject fails to make an initial appearance after the citation is issued.
A Bench Warrant is when the subject sets a court date, and then fails to show at scheduled court date.
A Capias Warrant is when the subject has a guilty judgment either through court appearance, plea, or arraignment in jail, then fails to pay the fine within the required time period.
A collection fee of 30% of the fine may be assessed when the case is forwarded to a collection agency.
