 Homebuyer's Workshop

 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

What you will learn:  Importance of credit and how to obtain it, benefits and cost of owning a home, budgeting for homeownership and major purchases, credit report basics, credit, debt and mortgage qualifying guidelines and choosing a realtor.


 Landlord / Tenant Rights & Responsibilities Workshop

 Sept. 14, 2016

 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

What you will learn: Strategies to recognize discriminatory housing practices, requesting maintenance, providing a 30-day notice, understanding a lease agreement and avoiding or resolving landlord / tenant disputes.

 


 * These are adult classes, please have alternative child care as children are not permitted during the workshops.
