 What you will learn:  Importance of credit and how to obtain it, benefits and cost of owning a home, budgeting for homeownership and major purchase's, credit report basics, credit, debt and mortgage qualifying guidelines and choosing a realtor.

 Landlord / Tenant Rights & Responsibilities Workshop

 August 20, 2016

 10 a.m. to noon

 What you will learn: strategies on recognizing discriminatory housing practices, requesting maintenance, providing a 30 day notice understanding, a lease agreement, and avoiding or resolving landlord / tenant disputes.


 * These are adult classes, please have alternative child care as children are not permitted during the workshops.
