| Coordinates and directs the Environmental Waste Services Department, including: - Customer service, planning, budgeting, payroll, personnel actions, safety and training, contracts, purchasing, education and special events.
- Managing the C.M. Hinton, Jr. Regional Landfill, Garland Transfer Station and Drop-Off Recycling Center.
- Overseeing trash, recycling, brush and bulky waste collection services.
- Managing the Commercial Services Division.
