Lake Ray Hubbard Zoning District

The Lake Ray Hubbard Zoning District information previously located under the Engineering Department web page can now be located in the Development and Permitting Center. 

The tract of land located between private properties and Lake Ray Hubbard is commonly called the "Take Area."  This tract is owned by the City of Dallas and is leased to the City of Garland. Eligible owners who wish to sublease their allotted tract are encouraged to read and understand the provisions of the Lake Edge Zoning District and Development Standards.
