City / Resident Partnership Programs

The City of Garland has several cost share programs providing citizens an opportunity to defray their costs and improve conditions around their property and neighborhood. All programs listed below are contingent upon the availability of funds. Some programs require Council Action to initiate a specific project.  Please contact the Engineering Department for additional information.
