Development Opportunity

The City's overall strategy for this area is to reinforce connectivity between surrounding neighborhoods and Duck Creek, as well as create synergistic activity with DART's Lake Ray Hubbard Transit Center.  The Broadway intersection area offers the opportunity to strengthen the area's residential presence, capitalizing on the underutilized Duck Creek amenity potential.  In the longer term, there is an opportunity to re-position low value and vacant retail space, while improving the environment for new regional-scale tenants.
