Permits Not Issued by the Development & Permitting Center

There are some permits that are issued directly by Building Inspection and are not considered to be part of the Development and Permitting Center process.

If you are making any changes to the physical space of your building, you likely need to contact the Development and Permitting Center.

Established locations that are not making any changes to the space may need a Sign Permit.  If the developoment process is not involved, see our Certificates of Occupancy.
