The City of Garland’s water and sewer rates are designed to recover the cost of providing services to its customers. The billing structure consists of two components: a customer charge which covers the cost of reading and inspecting meters, servicing customer accounts, and billing; and a volume charge based on metered consumption.

Residential Water Rates (effective 10-01-09):
